What Does It Mean to Be a Scratch Kitchen?

At Redbird, everything is made in-house with no pre-made sauces or dressings, bottled syrups, or frozen foods. We use quality ingredients like USDA Choice beef, NAE chicken, and pasture-raised eggs, and partner with local Tucson shops for tortillas, buns, coffee, and tea to ensure freshness and support the community.
