At Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar, we make the food we love for the community we love. Everything we make is crafted in-house with quality ingredients and plenty of care, served with genuine hospitality in a space that feels warm, lively, and welcoming for all.
Where It All Began
Redbird started with four friends who spent years working side by side in Tucson’s restaurant scene. After countless shifts and late nights together, we began dreaming about opening a place of our own. What started as an idea between friends turned into Redbird, built on the same teamwork and trust that brought us together in the first place.

We believe great food starts with great ingredients and a little extra care. From hand-smashed burgers to loaded wings and tacos, our menu puts a thoughtful spin on familiar favorites. We source responsibly, prepare everything fresh, and the result is food that feels familiar but tastes unforgettable.

The few things we don’t make in our kitchen are sourced from local shops and bakeries right here in Tucson. We love partnering with our neighbors who take just as much pride in their craft as we do, keeping our menu fresh and connected to the community.
