Our goal is to bring you the food you love at a quality that exceeds your expectations.
What Does It Mean to Be a Scratch Kitchen?
All the food and craft cocktails we serve are made in-house without the use of pre-bought sauces, frozen foods,
mass produced sauces and dressings, or bottled syrups. We use high-quality, including top 2/3 USDA choice beef, NAE chicken breasts (no antibiotics ever), and pasture raised eggs from Regal Crest Farms. The few things that aren’t made in our kitchen: tortillas, burger buns, coffee, and tea – are sourced from local shops and bakeries right here in Tucson.
