Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar is a new, 100% locally owned and operated restaurant on the Northwest side of Tucson! Smash burgers, loaded wings, street tacos, and craft cocktails – what more could you ask for? And they are all scratch-made, with chef twists, high-quality ingredients, and lots of love! Need we say more?

We can't wait to be your new favorite "go-to" spot for great hospitality and high-quality  — but down to earth — food and drinks that hit all the right spots. Locally owned and operated by three long-time Tucsonans and friends, Redbird is so excited to be part of this community's  fantastic foodie culture. Our goal is to bring you the food you love at a quality that exceeds your expectations.

What Does It Mean to Be a Scratch Kitchen?

All the food and craft cocktails we serve are made in-house without the use of pre-bought sauces, frozen foods, mass produced dressings, or bottled syrups. The ingredients we use are high-quality, including top 2/3 USDA choice beef, NAE chicken breasts (no antibiotics ever), and pasture raised eggs from Regal Crest Farms. The few things that aren’t made in our kitchen – tortillas, burger buns, coffee, and tea – are sourced from local shops and bakeries right here in Tucson.
