On February 14th, Redbird will be transforming into a high-end steakhouse to host a candlelit, four course dinner that will surely be a memorable and tasty experience. Sure, we’re known for our delicious, scratch-made smash burgers, wings, and tacos, but our love of high-quality food doesn’t end at comfort classics. At Redbird, we like to take things up a notch for special events and holidays. And since we put so much love into everything we do, we thought, “what better day to get classy than Valentine’s Day, a.k.a. the day of love?”.

Celebratory Cocktail
Chambord Liqueur, gin, fresh lemon juice, dried rose pedal syrup, and topped with Prosecco
1st Course
chilled Colossal Tiger Shrimp and spicy cocktail sauce (served as one appetizer to share)
2nd Course
scratch made Caesar salad, Pecorino/Parmesan cheese, and garlic confit crostinis
3rd Course
USDA Prime Filet Mignon, served Oscar style with house made béarnaise sauce, Alaskan king crab, and asparagus
Gratin Dauphinois potatoes (served as one side to share)
4th course
white chocolate raspberry bread pudding, crème anglaise, raspberry sauce, ruby raspberries, and toasted almonds (served as one dessert to share)
